Q: Will I have a ticket to show at each home?

A: Yes! All attendees will receive a wristband to wear (in lieu of a physical ticket) when they check in at the first home they arrive to. Attendees must have a wristband on to enter each home.

Q: Is this a rain or shine event?

A: Yes! Rain or shine the event goes on! If it is raining the day of the tour, please wear shoes that can easily be removed (socks too, no bare feet please!) or expect to be given disposable booties at the door.

Q: Is the Home Tour kid friendly?

A: Yes! The Day Tour is a family friendly event and your children are welcome. Children 12 and under are free and do not require a ticket. We do ask that children are not left unattended while in each home.

Q: How will I know where the homes are?

A: All attendees will receive a Home Tour Booklet when they pick up their wristband, which will have the addresses, details, and a map of all the homes on the tour. You may visit the homes in any order. All homes will be easily identified by signage placed in the front yard. You may also plan ahead and see the homes here.

Q: Is the entire home open to tour?

A: Yes! The homeowners have graciously opened their home for attendees to view. Visitors will be able to view both the indoor and outdoor spaces of each home. In some cases, there may be areas blocked for privacy (i.e. closets, garages, cabinets, etc.), which is at the discretion of each homeowner.

Q: Are there restrooms available?

A: Yes! Public restrooms will be available the day of the tour at Quail Creek Golf and Country Club.

Q: What if I have a question about the home while I’m touring it?

A: Volunteers will be positioned throughout the home to answer questions and to provide additional information. The home tour booklets will also contain details about each home.

Q: How many people attend the Home Tour?

A: Approximately 500 attendees have attended our Home Tour in the past. We expect at least similar attendance but likely more this year!

A: This event would not be possible without our generous 2023 Home Tour Sponsors, nor without our Home Tour Committee, volunteers, or homeowners!
